Bob Thom who designed and implemented the LUMs breakfast menu for the Perlman brothers and was one of the first supervisors for LUMS corporate is now part of our team.  Bob began his restaurant career with IHOP ( International House of Pancakes) and also was on the team that started CHI-CHI     ( Chi-Chi’s was a popular Mexican restaurant chain from 1975 to 2004. )

Bob, Welcome Back.

It has been 25 years since Bob and I worked together at LUMS.
